¾ lb plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ lb butter or margerine
½ lb caster sugar
1 egg
1 tsp ginger
some crystalized ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Cream soften butter and sugar, add well beaten egg.
Add dry ingredients that have been sieved together.

Mix well , Roll into small balls about size of walnut

Spread out on baking tray. ( space out well, they spread)

Cook at 335º for about 13 minutes

Cool on wire tray
