1 lb sausage, browned and drained
16 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
4 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 Tbsp fresh chives, minced
1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sage

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the sour cream and cream cheese, then stir in the Worcestershire sauce, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and sage.
Fold in the sausage, Velveeta, Monterey Jack, and chives, mix thoroughly, and transfer to a lightly greased baking dish.
Bake at 350º for 50 - 60 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
