1 lb. Ground Beef
1½ c. Beef Broth
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Honey
1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar (Rice Vinegar can be used)
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
¼ tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tsp. Ground Ginger
1 - 12 oz. bag Frozen Broccoli or a 20 oz. Bag broccoli stir fry (purchase at Walmart)
2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
2 Tbsp. Cool Water

Fry ground beef until all pink is gone, breaking apart and stirring as meat cooks. While beef is cooking, in a bowl combine the beef broth, vinegar, garlic powder, soy sauce, honey and red pepper flakes. When beef is cooked push to the side of pan and place the garlic and ginger in the center. Stir for 2 minutes until fragrant. Drain grease from pan then add the sauce, stir to combine and add the broccoli. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until broccoli reaches the tenderness you desire. In a small bowl whisk the corn starch and water to combine, then slowly pour into beef and broccoli, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes until sauce is thickened. Serve over rice.
