1 pkg (7oz) Elbow Macaroni
6 Tbs Butter
3 Tbs Flour
2 C Milk
1 pkg (8oz) Cream Cheese
2 C (8oz) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 tsp Spicy Brown Mustard
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
3/4 C Dry Breadcrumbs
2 Tbs Minced Fresh Parsley

Preheat oven to 400º

Cook macaroni according to package. Melt 4 Tbs butter in large saucepan. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes. Reduce heat, add cheeses, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Drain macaroni and add to cheese sauce, stir until well coated. Transfer to a greased shallow 3 qt baking dish. Melt remaining butter, toss with breadcrumbs and parsley. Sprinkle over macaroni dish. Bake uncovered at 400º for 15-20 minutes or starting to brown. YUM!
