Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8½ oz cake flour
8½ oz flour
1¼ t baking soda
1¼ t baking powder
1½ t coarse salt
1¼ c unsalted butter
1 c creamy peanut butter (shop n save housebound)
10 oz brown sugar
1 c granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 t vanilla
1¼ lbs semi sweet choc chips

Sift flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt into a bowl. Set aside.
Cream butter, PB, sugars together. Add vanilla, & eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one. At low speed add dry ingredients & mix until just combined. About 10 seconds. Add chocolate chips & mix as little as possible to evenly distribute. Chill dough if desired. Spoon 6 - 3½ oz onto baking sheet lined w/parchment paper. Lightly sprinkle top with sea salt & Bake 350º 15-20 minutes. Will spread 5-6" so leave ample room. Cookies will still be soft but beginning to brown. Transfer sheet to wire rack, let cool for 12 minutes. (DO NOT REMOVE COOKIES) Transfer cookies to rack to complete cooling. I usually make them 2 oz.
