2 eggs
4 T. canola oil
4 cups cold boiled rice
½ diced cooked ham
¼ c. green onions, sliced
1 or 2 T. Soy Sauce to taste
½ teas. sugar
¼ teas. Accent
Bean Sprouts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs and scramble them slightly (do not add milk or water) in 1 T. of oil. Set aside for later. In a heavy frying pan heat 3 T. oil. Add onions and stir a few times. Add rice and stir quickly so it will not stick and will be well coated with oil. Add 1 or 2 T. soy sauce, 1/2 teas. sugar and 1/4 teas. Accent. Mix well. Add the ham and the scrambled eggs, mixing and breaking eggs into little pieces in the rice. Add bean sprouts.
