Whole graham wafers
¾ cup butter
⅔ cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup milk
⅓ cup chocolate chips
1¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped nuts, any kind.

Icing:
1¼ cups icing sugar
3 tbsp. butter
¼ cup cocoa
5 tsp. strong hot coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9x9 ungreased pan with whole graham crackers trimming to fit. Set aside. Put butter, sugar and milk in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. When chips have melted, add crumbs and nuts. Stir to mix in. Pour over crackers in pan. Cover with whole graham crackers trimming to fit. Cool before frosting.
For frosting, beat all ingredients together, adjusting liquid as needed. Spread over crackers.
