Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. margarine (soft)
1 cream cheese (8 oz.), softened
2 c. flour
Fruit filling (Solo brand)
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Prehead oven to 350ºF.

Mix margarine and cream cheese. Gradually add flour. Form into ball and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

Take out and let sit for 10 minutes. Roll out dough on floured surface. Roll out to about 1/2" thickness. (If you want thinner, you must adjust baking time.) Cut into rounds or squares.

If you cut rounds, press your thumb in middle for filling. If you cut squares, fold opposite two ends inward and pinch together. (I like to do squares because it's easier to place in containers.)

Bake in 350º oven for 15-20 minutes. Let cool on rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Personal Notes:
This is one of my most prized recipes. I won 1st place at the 2005 Founders' Days Bake Off! This is the most asked for item that I bring to friends.
