1 lb. lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1-2 c salsa
¼ c zesty Italian dressing
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 small can whole kernel corn, drained
1 T taco seasoning
6 small flour tortillas
1 c sour cream
1 package Mexican shredded cheese (10 oz)

Directions:
Brown meat and onion in skillet. Add salsa through seasoning, mix well. Layer in greased 9/13 baking pan - tortillas, mixture, sour cream, cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 400 º30 min. Uncover and bake 10 min. Cool and serve.
