COOK 1 LB. SAUSAGE IN FRYING PAN. (ABOUT 9 TOASTS)

MAKE WHITE SAUCE: (1 RECIPE IS ENOUGH SAUCE FOR 3. X3 FOR 9)
1 ½ TBS. MARGARINE ⅛ PEPPER
1 TBS. FLOUR 1 CUP MILK
¼ TSP. SALT

NUKE MARGARINE IN 1 PINT GLASS MEASURING CUP UNTIL MELTED. STIR IN FLOUR, SALT AND PEPPER WITH FORK. STIR IN MILK. NUKE STIRRING EVERY MINUTE, UNTIL THICKENED, 3-3½ MIN.

SCRAMBLE EGGS. (1 EGG PER TOAST)

PUT TOAST ON COOKIE SHEET. TOP WITH EGGS, SAUSAGE, WHITE SAUCE AND GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE. BAKE UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED.
