1 Single Recipe Pie Crust

2 cups + Apples, peeled, cored, & sliced thinly - can be frozen. May need a few extras to fill pie adequately

2 cups Cherries, pitted- can be frozen

2 cups Blueberries, rinsed- can be frozen

1¼ cup Granulated Sugar

¼ cup all-purpose Flour

1 T. Cinnamon

½ t. Lemon Juice

1 T. Butter


Dutch Topping/ Crumbles:

⅓ cup Granulated Sugar

¾ cup all-purpose Flour

6 T. Butter, cut into chunks (COLD)

1 t. Cinnamon

1. Place pre-made pie crust in a 9-in deep dish pie plate

2. Mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon together in a large mixing bowl. Add all the fruit and stir til combined.

3. Dot with butter.

4. Make Dutch Topping/ Crumbles: Mix together sugar, flour & cinnamon. Cut cold butter in with a pastry cutter or fork until coarse crumbs form.

5. Sprinkle topping all over the top of the pie.

6. Bake on a cookie sheet to catch any run over.

7. Bake 375º for 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbly.
