4 bacon slices chopped up small
2 tbsp olivie oil
1 large onion
4 garlic cloves
1 pound beef
1/2 pound pork
1/2 pound mushrooms sliced
2 carrots grated
2 celery stalks chopped
1 large tin chopped tomatoes
1 cup white wine
1 tbsp tomato paste

thyme - oregano - salt - pepper

Directions:
Saute veggies once tender add in all the meat. once meat is cooked add in wine cook off for 10 minutes then add in tomatoes and herbs bring to a boil then simmer for at least 30 minutes. add water if needed salt and pepper to taste. once cooked you can add one cup of oat milk if you want it to be more rich and creamy. Serve with your favourite pasta.
