"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
I love to cook and bake and when I was told I should be eating a gluten free diet, I was upset that I would not be able to bake any longer. I was very happy when I found the cookbook titled Cooking for Isaiah by Silvana Nardone. In this book, she has wonderful gluten free and dairy free recipes. This recipe for a gluten free flour is in this book. This is the best gluten free flour I have ever used. It gives a great texture and you cannot tell it is gluten free.
