1 1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. yeast
4 1/2 c. bread flour

1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. softened butter

Directions:
Directions:
Make dough. Roll out to a really large rectangle, about 24 x 20. Spread with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut the dough into 1 1/2" squares. Spray 2 loaf pan. vertically stack half of the squares in each loaf pan. Cover and let rise until double. Bake 350º for 30 minutes.

Let cool about 5 minutes. Loosen the bread from pan so it won't stick. Let cool in pan but make sure the bread was removed briefly from pan so it doesn't stick and put back in pan to cool completely.
