Notes: We've been lucky to get a salmon share of 10-12 lbs. the last couple years parted into approximately .75 pound fillets. You end up with a lot of salmon in your freezer in September and need to think of creative ways to cook it over the course of the year. This is a simple, but delicious marinade that keeps the fish really moist when it is cooked. Depending on the thickness of your salmon and your personal preferences, you'll find the right cook time for you, but we like it in the 7-8 min range to really ensure doneness without drying out.
