1 tsp clear vanilla extract
2 T water
1 c crisco shortening (not the oil)
1 lb powdered sugar
pinch salt

can substitute other flavorings

Beat well until fluffy.

Note: 1 pound of powdered sugar equals about 3 ½ cups right out of the bag. So depending on your recipe somewhere between 3½ and 4 cups.
