Chicken Thighs
½ cup Mayo
Pickles
Brioche Bun
at least 2 tbsp Cayenne
Hot Sauce (franks/tobasco)
1 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Salt & 2 tbsp Pepper
2 C Flour
½ C Corn Starch
Vegetable oil
2 eggs
½ C Buttermilk
Directions:

Season chicken: 1 tbsp Cayenne (add more if you ain’t no bitch), 1 tbsp Salt & Pepper, ¼ C hot sauce, mix
Flour Mix: 2 C Flour, ½ C Corn Starch, 1 tbsp Cayenne & Paprika, 1 tbsp Salt & Pepper
Egg Mix: 2 Eggs, equal amount of buttermilk (½ C Buttermilk)
Pour egg mix over chicken, cover all the chicken and let that sit for 20-60mins
Take chicken and coat every crevice of the chicken with flour and make sure to pack in the flour
Spicy Mayo: ½ C Mayo, a pinch or sprinkle of cayenne and paprika, 1 tbsp hot sauce
Heat ½ inch of oil in a pan, check heat with a chopstick. It is ready when you place tip of chopstick in and bubbles form around it
Fry chicken 5-7 mins each side till it’s golden brown. Place it on a dish with paper towels to drain excess oil
On a toasted brioche bun put Spicy mayo on both sides, pickles on bottom, the chicken, then top it.
