2 cans solid pack pumpkin (30 oz total)
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 package yellow cake mix (18 oz)
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350º

Line a 13x9x2 baking pan with waxed paper and coat the paper with cooking spray. (OR, line with parchment and no cooking spray)

In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, milk and sugar. Beat in eggs, spices and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with dry cake mix, pecans and drizzle with melted butter.

Bake for one hour or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Invert onto a serving platter, remove waxed paper. Store in the refrigerator.
