2 c WA Plums, peeled and sliced
1 T lemon juice

Directions:
After peeling and slicing peaches and plums, sprinkle with lemon juice, and toss.

Mix together orange zest, cinnamon, cloves, flour, brown sugar, and salt. Toss with peaches and plums.

Pour peaches and plum filling into the pie crust and dot with butter. Place the second pie crust on top of the filling. Fold the top edges under the bottom crust and press to edge of the pie plate, press edges together with a fork. This helps prevent bubbling over. Cut small vents in the top crust.

Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes or until juice bubbles through the top crust.

Note: I put my peaches and plums in fruit fresh or lemon water to prevent browning while I peel the others.
