For One (1) Cocktail:

1 oz Coconut Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Champagne or Prosecco

For a Pitcher:

1 c Coconut Rum
2 c Pineapple Juice
1 bottle (750ml) Champagne or Prosecco

Garnish with sliced pineapple and/ or cherries.

For One (1) Drink:

Combine 1st two (2) ingredients in champagne glass and top with champagne or proseco.

For a Pitcher:

Combine all ingredients.
