1 bottle (750 ml) Cold Dry Sparkling Wine (Brut Prosecco, Brut Champagne, etc.)
3 c Cold Canada Dry Ginger Ale
1 oz Orange Liquer (Triple Sec)
8 Fresh Basil Leaves (optional)
30 Frozen Cranberries or Blueberries
Ice cubes made with Ginger Ale

Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl.
