2 tbsp olive oil
4 pounds lean ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
4 cans (16 ounces each) kidney beans, rinsed & drained
3 cans (28 ounces each) stewed tomatoes
1 can beef broth
3 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp ground coriander
2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried oregano

In a large skillet heat olive oil over a medium heat, add meat and cook
Drain, set aside
Mix all the rest of the ingredients in a 7 quart slow cooker, add meat and set to low and cook for 6-8 hours
