Chicken, cooked and cubed
Spinach Leaves
Eggs, hard boiled
Almonds, chopped
Bacon, cooked and crumbled...(reserve some of the drippings)

Hot Bacon Dressing:
1 c. Sugar
¼ c. Vinegar
1 teas. Salt
¾ tbsp. Dry Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, vinegar salt, mustard in the bacon drippings.
Serve warm over the salad.
If sauce thickens after it is cooled, reheat using a little water to thin.
