1 1/2 c fresh mint, packed
4 green or jasmine tea bags
4 c boiling water
1/2 c lime juice
1/4 - 1/2 c sugar
Optional: rum or orange liqueur

Directions:
Directions:
Crush the mint leaves by twisting them between your palms. Place mint and tea in a large measuring cup; pour boiling water over. Steep 8 minutes.

Strain into a pitcher and add lime juice, sugar, and liqueur if desired. Stir, then refrigerate. Serve garnished with lime slices and mint leaves.
