Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I got this recipe from Facebook. I haven't tried it because I saw it just before sending the cookbook to print. Comments online included bake the bottom crust for 10 minutes first so it won't be soggy or gooey, some said it was fine. Some said they substituted pizza crust or puff pastry and liked it better. Some add a small amount of marinara sauce, mushrooms, or black olives, or used mortadella or salami, etc. But the bottom line was everyone loved it, so I will be trying it soon.
