1 lb. ground beef
2½ cups soft bread crumbs
¼ cup milk
1 beaten egg
1 sm. clove garlic
2½ tsp. salt, divided
¾ tsp. Accent, divided
¾ tsp. pepper, divided
12 oz. frozen lima beans
3 T. butter
1 cup sour cream

Directions:

Cook lima beans in a pot on the stove until done. Drain.

Combine bread crumbs and milk and mix lightly. Add ground beef, egg, garlic, 1 tsp. salt, ½ tsp. Accent, ¼ tsp. pepper. Mix together well. Form into 1 inch meatballs and brown in oil over medium heat. Remove meatballs to a 1½ quart greased casserole dish as they get browned all over. Pour ¼ cup water over meatballs in casserole.

Season lima beans with 1½ tsp. salt, ½ tsp. pepper, ¼ tsp. Accent and 3 T. butter. Mix well and pour over meatballs.

Bake uncovered in a 350º oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and spread sour cream over the top. Bake 5 more minutes.
