1/2 lb. crushed soda crackers
1 qt. drained oysters
1 pt. cream (half & half)
1 c. oyster liquid
dash Worcestershire
salt & pepper
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in butter. Add oyster liquid, Worcestershire, salt & pepper, and cream. Cook a few minutes until warm and ingredients are blended. In a flat 2 qt. casserole dish, layer crackers, then oysters, then repeat layers. Pour sauce over top. Cook 40 minutes at 350º.
