1+1/3 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup cooking oil
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup milk

FILLING:
3.4 cup evaporated milk
pinch of salt
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup(1 pound) can whole cranberry sauce
1+1/2 TB unsweetened Punch concentrate - Black Cherry Flavor
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp cherry extract

Preheat oven 400º

Olace mixer bowl, beaters & evaporated milk in refrigerator to chill for making filling

Meanwhile, combine all ingredientsexcept filling.

Mix until dough clings together in a ball.

Place waxed paper on dampened counter & put pie dough mix onto paper & flatten & smooth edges.Place another piece pf waxed paper on top. Roll out to a circle 1" larger than inverted pie dish Remove paper & place dough into pie pan. Prick crust

Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.

In a sausepan combine gelatin, salt, sugar, cranberry sauce & punch concentrate.

Heat just enough to dissolve sugar & gelatin, stirring gently.

Remove from heat & cool completely but do not let gelatin set. Stir in extracts.

Whip chilled evaporated milkin large chilled bowl at high speed until stiff.

Fold into cooled cherry mixture.

Pour filling into cooled pie crust

Chill until set 2-3 hours
