"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, flour and salt. Blend until well-combined and place in the refrigerator until ready to use (allow to rest for at least 30 minutes).
Preheat oven to 425º. Put 1 tsp. of the oil into each section of a 12-hole muffin tray and put into the oven on the top shelf until very hot, almost smoking.
As soon as you take the tray out of the oven, work quickly to pour in the batter to 3/4 full (it should sizzle) and immediately put the tray back into the oven.
Bake until the Yorkshire puddings are well-risen, golden brown and crisp. 15-20 minutes. DON'T OPEN THE OVEN DOOR until the end - or they will collapse!
