1 German Chocolate box cake mix
1 1/4 cups water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1-12 ounce jar caramel ice cream topping & reserve 1/2 cup
1- 8 ounce container Cool Whip, thawed
4-1.4 ounce Heath Bar, coarsely chopped

Directions:
In medium bowl add cake mix, water, oil and eggs mix until well blended. Bake in 9"x13" baking pan per box directions. Remove from oven, cool for 5 minutes. Put several holes in cake. Combine sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping. Pour evenly over the warm cake. Cool completely. Fold reserved caramel into whipped topping and spread on cake. Sprinkle with the Heath bars and refrigerate.
