box of chocolate cake mix
box of chocolate pudding
1 cup sour cream/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
4 eggs
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

FROSTING:
8 TB butter
1+1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup Evaporated milk
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Grease & flour a BUNDT pan
Preheat oven to 350º

With a mixer, mix all cake ingredients (except chips) on medium speed for 3 to 4 minutes until smooth.
Stir in chips, then Pour into cake pan

Bake for 60 minutes

Allow cake to cool before flipping on to plate then frost when cool

To make frosting,
cook all ingredients (except chips) to a rolling boil then add chips & continue to cook until smooth
