Dressing:

1 cup Vegetable Oil
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
Pinch of Chinese Mustard Powder (dry English Mustard)

Salad:

4 boneless Chicken Breast
1 can baby ears of corn
2 tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds (browned in oven for 4-5 minutes)
2 English Cucumbers sliced
Bunch of Scallions chopped
Lettuce chopped (or cole slaw crunch)
Slivered Almonds (optional)
Red Bell Pepper chopped (optional)

Crunchy Ramen Noodles

2 tbsp melted Butter
2 Pkgs Ramen Noodles broken up
3/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
3/4 cup slivered almonds

Dressing:

Combine everything except the oils and mix well using whisk. Slowly add the oils and mix well

Salad:

Place lettuce on platter, chicken, cucumbers, almonds, onions sesame seeds. Decorate with corn.
Drizzle dressing over it


Crunchy Ramen Noodles:

Combine and bake at 350º
Cool and add to salad
