1 C. butter
1½ C. flour
1/3 C. cocoa
1½ C. chopped nuts
2 C. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 lb marshmallows

Icing:
1/2 C. butter, melted
1⅔ C. powdered sugar
1/3 C. cocoa
1/3 C. evaporated milk
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, cocoa and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well. Blend in flour nuts and and vanilla. Pour batter into greased cookie sheet (15½ x 10½x 1 in.) and spread evenly. Bake 350º for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Put 1 lb. marshmallows in singe layers and close to edge. return to oven 3 minutes. Cool 1 hour. Top with icing.

Icing:
Combine all ingredients and spread over bars.
