1 Tblsp. dried oregano or Italian seasonings (or any combination)
1 tsp. seasoned or regular salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 – 1 ½ pounds chicken pieces (boneless, skinless breasts or bone in chicken pieces work well)
2 Tblsp. butter
2 Tblsp. olive oil
¼ cup water
3 Tblsp. lemon juice
2 garlic cloves minced
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules (or 2 cubes crushed)
Pasta (any kind will work: angel hair, spaghetti and fettuccini)

Directions:

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Combine oregano (and/or Italian seasonings), salt and pepper. Rub all over chicken. Brown chicken lightly in butter and olive oil. Transfer chicken to slow cooker.

Place water, lemon juice, garlic and bouillon in skillet. Bring to boil, loosening browned bits from skillet. Pour over chicken.

Cover and cook on high 2 ½ hours or low for 6 + hours (depending on crock pot and size of chicken pieces).

Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Remove chicken from crock pot and keep warm. Drain pasta well and add to crock pot. Stir to coat pasta in sauce. Serve.
