1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
2 tablespoons grated orange zest
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon garlic chile paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 Bone-in pork loin chops, 1/2 to 1 inch thick (We prefer thicker chops)

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow container, mix together orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, orange zest, garlic, chile paste, and salt.

Add pork chops, and turn to coat evenly. Cover, and refrigerate for at least **2 hours, or overnight. Turn the pork chops in the marinade occasionally.

Preheat grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.

Grill pork chops for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. (meat thermometer should read 145 degrees).

**I always marinate overnight, the meat becomes so tender. I also add a little meat tenderizer to the chops and the marinade.
