1 - 19 oz crushed pineapple
1 instant pudding Pistachio mix
1 - 500ml Cool Whip
Pistachio nuts or red/green cherries, chopped for garnish (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pineapple and pudding in large bowl. Stir until well mixed. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill overnight.
