1-2 Tblsp plain organic yogurt
1 Tblsp raw Organic Honey
About 2 Tblsp Bentonite Clay
A few pinches of Celtic Sea Salt
2 Tblsp of Activated Charcoal (optional)
Eseential oil like lavendar (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and apply to face, neck, and back. Relax! Peel and rinse after about 30-40 minutes.
