1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup (5 1/3 tablespoons) butter, melted
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray
Beat eggs & sugar together first until light yellow in color.
Beat in Bisquick, buttermilk & melted butter.
Add vanilla last.
Pour into prepared pie plate, sprinkle with Cinnamon.
Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool for 5 minutes.

I made this so many Sunday nights in a row and Justin was my taste-tester! He helped me figure out the right order of mixing the ingredients together to get the taste and texture just right. We decided beating the butter and sugar together first was better than mixing it all together at once.
