Combine in a mixing bowl all ingredients. Spread evenly in the bottom of the casserole dish.
 

Strawberry Ginger Jubilee Filling

4 Pints Strawberries ( Hulled And Quartered )

Place the strawberries evenly across the bottom of graham cracker. Set aside.
 

Whipped Cream Topping
Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into clean mixer bowl with whip attachment and whip until stiff peaks.
Spread evenly on top of strawberries.
Refrigerate until needed.
