1 ( 3 Ounce ) Package Lemon gelatin
¾ Cup Boiling Water
4 Large Eggs
¼ Cup Vegetable Oil
1 ( 18 Ounce ) Box Lemon Cake Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Grease a 10 inch tube pan and line the bottom with wax paper. (See Note Below). Set aside.
In a small bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Place in refrigerator and cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
In a large bowl beat eggs well, add oil.
Add cooled gelatin mixture to eggs and oil.
Add cake mix and beat with electric mixer until smooth and no lumps remain.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes or until cake test done.

NOTE: for easier refrigerator storage bake in angel food cake pan with removable bottom. Once the cools remove the pan bottom and place on flat plate to serve.

Store in refrigerator
 

Lemonade Cake Icing

1 ( 6 Ounce ) Can Frozen Lemonade Concentrate Thawed
2 Cups Confectioner's Sugar

Directions:
Put thawed undiluted lemonade in a bowl and mix well with confectioner's sugar. While cake is still hot and still in the pan, Pour icing all over the top. Refrigerate at least 1 hour and serve cold.
