¾ cup Butter or Margarine
1 ⅔ Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
⅔ Cup Hershey's Cocoa
1 ¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda
¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 ⅓ Cups Water
Hershey's Chocolate Frosting
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.
Grease and flour 2 9 inch baking panes or 1 13x9x2 baking pan.
In large mixing bowl combine butter, sugar,eggs,and vanilla. Beat on high speed 3 minutes.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt, add alternately with water to butter mixture.
Blend just until combined.
Pour into prepared pans.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes, remove from pans. Cool completely then frost with Hershey's Chocolate Frosting. Makes about 8 to 10 servings.

2 Cups ( 12 Ounce Package ) Hershey's Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
2/3 Cup Evaporated Milk

Directions:
In small microwave safe bowl place chocolate chips. Microwave on high ( 100% ) 1 1/2 minutes and stir. Microwave on high additional 30 seconds or until smooth when stirred. ( chips may also be melted in double boiler over warm water. ). Gradually add powdered sugar and evaporated milk beating until smooth. Makes about 2 1/2 cups frosting.
