2 (1 ounce) Squares Unsweetened Chocolate
1 (14 ounce) Can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk ( not evaporated)
2 Eggs Well Beaten
1 Cup Water
2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Whipped Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Melt chocolate, sweetened condensed milk in a heavy sauce pan over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in eggs and add water and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into hot Classic Crisco single pie crust. (see index for recipe) Bake for 10 minutes, reduce oven temperature to 300º and bake for 20 minutes or until center is set. Cool chill thoroughly. top with whipped cream and serve.
