2-3 lbs. chip chop ham
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
2 cups tomato sauce
1 ½ tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. vinegar

Cut ham into strips and brown on the stove. Drain grease from ham, but leave some in the skillet for the sauce. Brown onion and celery. Than add the other ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes and than pour over ham. Keep warm. Serve on hamburger buns.
