Cobbler:

3/4 C. Sugar
1 C Self Rising Flour
2 TBS Cocoa
1/2 C Milk
3 TBS Melted Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla

Top Mixture:

1/2 C Sugar
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/4 C Cocoa

Finishing with:
1 1/2 C Hot Water to pour over top (read instructions)

Mix the Cobbler ingredients together and spread into a greased 11 x 7 or a 10" round glass baking dish.

Mix together the the Top Mixture and sprinkle/spoon on top of the cobbler .

Gently pour the 1 1/2 C of hot water (I used the hot water from the electric kettle) over it all - DO NOT MIX !
Bake a 350º for 40 min. Serve Hot of Cold. It's best with a scoop of vanilla icecream on top.

This is so easy and so rich and yummy! Small servings only (-: I think the scoop of vanilla ice cream not only makes it even better but (strange as it sounds) makes it not so rich.
