1 lb. crab meat
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. green pepper
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
½ cup milk
½ tsp. salt
1 dash pepper
1 dash dry sherry
¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Remove any shell or cartilage from crab meat. Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Blend in flour, add milk gradually and cook until thick,add a dash of sherry stirring constantly. Add seasoning and crab meat. Place in well greased individual shells.
Bake at 350 º for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
