4 lobster tails
4-5 bay leaves
2 tablespoons dried basil
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon granulated garlic, or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a large pot with about 1 inch of water, add the seasonings. Place a steamer insert inside the pot so that it is just above the water level. Put the lobster tails on the rack and cover the pot. Steam for 8 minutes and don't peek! Serve with melted butter. Serves 4.
