Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 small roll ground sausage, browned
12 eggs
splash of milk
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Optional : peppers, mushrooms, spinach, bacon....

Directions:
Directions:
Scramble eggs until they are "almost" done. Roll crescent rolls out on cookie sheet or stone so the edges are off of the sides. Seal 2 cans together by pinching them where they meet. "Fringe" the edges of the rolls with either a knife or pizza cutter. You want a cut about every 1.5 inches on each side directly across from each other.

Spoon the browned sausage on the middle of the crescent rolls. Mix any optional ingredients in with the eggs that you have chosen and spoon on top of sausage. Sprinkle with cheese. Pick up a "fringe" from each side twisting the dough and pinching together with the opposite fringe. Continue with all pieces. When you finish it should look "braided".

Cook at 350º for about 25 minutes or until dough is brown and crispy.
