Spaghetti Sauce (I use Prego Traditional or sometimes my marinara sauce)
16oz. Package jumbo shell macaroni
32 oz. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 Eggs
1/3 C Dried bread-crumbs
1/4 C Chopped parsley
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
½ C Grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare Spaghetti Sauce – have large jar and small jar available
Prepare shells as label directs; drain well in colander.
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a large bowl, combine ricotta and next 6 ingredients (everything except parmesan cheese)
Stuff rounded tablespoonfuls of cheese mixture into each shell
Pour sauce to cover bottom of two long pyrex baking dishes
Place shells, seam side down over sauce in one layer
Cover shells with remaining sauce
Sprinkle with parmesan
Bake 35-45 minutes until bubbly
