1 large can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
½ cup butter or margarine (Land of Lakes)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups bakers angel flake coconut
2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine one large can evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, 3 slightly beaten egg yolks ½ cup butter or margarine and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, (about 12 minutes). Add 2 cups bakers angel flake coconut, 2 cups chopped pecans. Cool until thick enough to spread stirring occasionally.
