1/2 lb ground turkey
1 medium onion
1 garlic clove
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp ground cumin

4 - 8 inch tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Spray a nonstick baking sheet with nonstick spray

Spray a nonstick skillet with spray; set over medium-high heat. Add turkey, onion, garlic, child powder, oregano and cumin. Cook, breaking up the turkey. Stir in tomato sauce and chilies; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered until the flavours are blended and mixture thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. remove from heat and stir in cheddar.

Meanwhile, wrap the tortillas in foil and place in oven to warm for 10 minutes.

Spoon about 1/2 cup of mixture into centre of each tortilla. Fold in the sides, then roll to enclose the filling. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Lightly spray tops with nonstick srpray. Bake until golden and crisp, about 20 minutes. Do not turn.

Top with your favorite salsa, sour cream and guacamole for extra calories, of course.
